FOTA is a Triple-A MOBA Game Project published by DJINN PTE.LTD. Our Metaverse creates a fantasy universe with 8 races at the time of launch, including: Omni, Dragon, Elf, Human, Keen, Demon, Beast, Ogre existing on three worlds: Greenland, Earth and Nightmare. Q-2) What does FOTA stands for, could you briefly introduce FOTA to EagleRise Community ?

AmberNeel | CM FOTA: FOTA is a Triple-A MOBA Game Project published by DJINN PTE.LTD. Q-3) What are the main features of FOTA that differentiates it from other P2E projects ?

AmberNeel | CM FOTA: In the past, players have accepted that their items are stuck forever in games and can’t move freely. Blockchain gaming serves to unchain those barriers and carry even more exciting developments. At FOTA, we implement Blockchain technology to:

- Absolute Ownership: FOTA provides the NFT Assets as a tool for players to control and manage their crypto-asset, such as Heroes, Skin, Weapon, and other equipment in their private wallet.
- Metaverse Economy: Blockchain acts as a layer 1 to power the entire financial and economic activities such as payment gateway, asset exchange, asset rent,…

Moreover, we want our community to balance between Earning and Entertainment at the sametime.

Our Gameplay has two mode: Player-v-Player and Player-v-Environment

For the PvP, Players can participate with these battle style:

1️⃣ Arena: players can organize their own match at any time based on FOTA’s automatic matching algorithm.

2️⃣ Duel: players can create rooms in 1v1 mode where each user controls 3 to 5 heroes, and 2v2 to 5v5 mode, where each user controls 1 hero.

3️⃣ Tournament: are major competitions held on a quarterly or annual basis, in which players will be chosen as the champion with the title of The Universe Champion.

Oh, for about the PvE

The PvE also have 3 Quest Style:

1️⃣ Daily Quest: layers will fully experience the storyline throughout the FOTA universe.

2️⃣ Warrior Quest: he platform will organize events to maintain rankings for all players to promote development and help players get back the incentive rewards that are FOTA Tokens.

3️⃣ Seasonal Quest: the platform will host side events that allow players to complete quests and receive Super Rare items or rewards.

Yes, many game is focusing too much of the Finance Aspect, by forgot the Entertainment aspect.

In FOTA, we want to balance between Finance and Entertainment. So that players can still earn the money, but it need to be enjoyable and energetic

Q-4) What are the milestones acheived by FOTA till now and what are the upcoming plans for FOTA for this year ?

At the moment, we are focusing on 2 task: Finishing the Game and Gathering the users for FOTA Metaverse.

For the game, as you can see we have partially finished it. However, we want to ensure that all the Function need to run smoothly when it gets release. Moreover, we will soon sale the NFT such as Hero to our players in the next couple of weeks. Because, the gamers need at least 1 hero to join in the game.

For the Marketing, we collaborate with a lot of Venture Capital and KOL to spread the recognition of FOTA everywhere on the internet. Additionally, we also work with many Game Guild to offer them try out FOTA game. They have a large community, which can help us to gain massive players amount.

In recent months, a quality project should be backed by trustful Venture or Backers. And we understand it, that’s why we constantly seeking for the partnership with Big Brand in this industry. Here is some names:

To start playing “Fota”, how much money do I need? Is it required that I need to have NFT characters or a specific number of $FOTA tokens? Also tell us how does FOTA focuses more on the player experience in and out of the games to create a balance for playing and earning?

Honestly, everyone will be required to have at least 1 hero with a weapon and skin to enter the game, so that everyone can complete Missions in PvE Mode and Battles in PvP Mode. and the price of each Hero will range from 100$ to 200$.

You can make money by:

— Playing game: you will earn $FOTA through completing missions in game modes like:

+ PvP:

1/ Arena: players can organize their own match at any time based on FOTA’s automatic matching algorithm.
2/ Duel: players can create rooms in 1v1 mode where each user controls 3 to 5 heroes, and 2v2 to 5v5 mode, where each user controls 1 hero.

I understand that FOTA will implement Microsoft Mesh technology within their metaverse but I would like to know more information about the devices called HoloLens 2 ?Players who want to enter the FOTA universe will have to use these devices?

AmberNeel | CM FOTA: One More Great Question.

FOTA integrates the Microsoft Mesh technology, a Platform built by Microsoft Corporation to explore and experience the Metaverse in the best way. Microsoft Mesh is the world’s first Platform that fully supports MR technology.

MR (Mixed reality), also known as hybrid reality, is a world mixed between reality and virtual world in which real and virtual objects both exist and interact in real-time. MR is a combination of VR and AR technologies. In MR, the things of the real world and the virtual world will interact with each other. Mixed reality technology is similar to AR. But not monotonous with graphics or text on the real background, this technology focuses on systems, links to create an environment full of facilities such as SKYPE phone calls or Microsoft Hololens to connect all multimedia content and entertainment.

and we already received the HoloLens 2 Prototype from Microsoft to develop an application on their Mixed Reality Platform. And we have to scale up the 3D Dimension to match the surrounding environment. Moreover, we have to utilize the experience with this device so that players can control their actions within this 3D space. And I promised this is a stunning experience

In FOTA, each user has a character to manage. Since each character is a NFT, what is the minimum & maximum number of characters a user can have at one time? How can you train and improve your character? Also is it possible to have multiple characters for one user?

AmberNeel | CM FOTA: Good Question

Players can directly buy Hero with Level 0 at the Official Store on the FOTA Marketplace. Then, through participating in quests and battles, heroes can gain experience points that increase their Levels. With higher levels, heroes become more valuable on the FOTA Marketplace and bring players attractive income. Revenue from Hero and common items sales at the Official Store will be liquidated to the Marketplace itself every quarter to maintain a stable transaction level.

Each Hero will be equipped with 3 Fixed Skills at the beginning along with a Normal Attack. Players can upgrade each Skill with a maximum level of 25:
Each skill can be upgraded up to 5 times at the following milestones:
Skill 1 can be upgraded at Level 1, Level 6, Level 11, Level 16, and Level 21
Skill 2 can be upgraded at Level 3, Level 8, Level 13, Level 18, and Level 23
Skill 3 can be upgraded at Level 5, Level 10, Level 15, Level 20, and Level 25

FOTA strongly supports NFT assets to motivate players to own their valuable items and assets. Immediately upon launch, FOTA allowed users to use 70 diverse types of NFTs divided into four main groups, including Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. For items in the Common category, players can directly buy them at the project’s official Store on FOTA Marketplace. The remaining item categories require the player to use the alchemy ability to forge equipment in the Rare category or higher.

During the era of The Unity Saga, FOTA allows players to conquer 30 lands on 3 different planets at the Greenland, the Earth, and the Nightmare. Each land will become a unique NFT asset. When players can own their own Clan, they will be entitled to hold one corresponding NFT Land and receive 1% of the profits from that land. In addition, NFT Landowners are allowed to sell or rent that land with members of their own Clan.

For FOTA, the Skin system allows players to change their character’s appearance in the game. In addition, a limited number of Skins will be released as NFT assets to allow players to personalize the appearance of the Heroes in the Game. As NFT assets, players can trade Skins on the FOTA Marketplace.

Well there will be 18 heroes, both of them at the beginning will have different stat based on their class such as Mage, Priest, Warlock,….

FOTA is designed to optimize the Unity 3D Engine. Unity 3D will be used to enhance the smooth graphical experience of FOTA characters or worlds, so that users can easily immerse themselves in the Metaverse.
In addition, the game is also built on an in-house framework that makes the operation of the platform stable as well as capable of receiving updates in the fastest way. It is guaranteed to bring a new and attractive entertainment platform.

AmberNeel | CM FOTA: FOTA creates a “Hybrid Farming” mechanism that first appeared on the crypto market that allows users to use both LP tokens and FOTA Tokens to Farm with a LP token/FOTA Token profit ratio of 2.5 to encourage users to farm with LP tokens. Users can Claim profit every day and unfarm anytime without any cost.
The liquidity source of the farming pool comes from the generated sales of Skill upgrades and the profit from selling Aether. Aether is the source of energy used to mix items and skills in the game. Players can buy Aether on the FOTA Marketplace.
About the Aether, in particular, from the very beginning of the FOTA universe, the Aether is seen as the origin of all cosmic energy. Currently, the Greenland is considered the center of the Aether before it was scattered everywhere in the galaxy. Some creatures can make use of this energy, allowing them to cast spells. The Omnis have the ability to open spatial and temporal gateways thanks to their gifted Aether manipulation. Moreover, Aether is also used to make tools with great destructive abilities. Smart contracts are prone to failure, and many projects fall victim to it, costing user funds and discrediting projects. How reliable and secure are your smart contracts? Did you test it with either party?

AmberNeel | CM FOTA: We are strongly focusing on the People-Process-Technology to build a fantastic game that you will enjoy playing and protect your assets and hard-working efforts. We found that applying non-fungible tokens into the gaming platform has allowed players to overcome all the adversaries they faced. Firstly, our token embraces the true ownership of gaming assets. Secondly, it will enable players to move from game to app and vice versa, so they can use our tokens everywhere they go. As a popular and proven standard of all NFTs, we utilize ERC-721, proposed by William Entriken, Dieter Shirley, Jacob Evans, Nastassia Sachs in January 2018 as a Non-Fungible Token Standard.
In the common centralized platform, digital and online games were prone to hacking and cyber-attacks from the beginning of time. Storing digital gaming assets on a blockchain would enhance the security for a player who has worked hard to collect them. The in-game purchases are recorded thoroughly on the digital ledger. We significantly increase transparency, maintain the game balance, and prevent the theft of ownership. Since the digital gaming assets are on-chain, the in-game assets cannot be replicated or destroyed as it is unique. For a user’s on-chain transaction, the smart contract design guarantees the atomicity of transaction settlement, that is, either the transaction conditions are met to complete the settlement, or the transaction fails, and the user’s assets are always kept in the wallet, under the user’s control. We support all major Web3 wallets, which will bring not only convenience but also security. It was identified as a huge challenge to store all large data on the blockchain and not efficient. We keep those off-chain data secured by indexing them with a hash function and storing the blockchain’s indexed hash value that cannot be modified.
In many projects, security-related tasks were only tackled at the very end of the software development lifecycle. Right before it’s going to be deployed, a security team, or an auditing team, sometimes even externally hired only for a short period of time, would step in, do some review, and generate some reports and improvement plans. Instead of a security audit as a silo at the end, we do it on the fly. By shifting left, security practices and testing are performed earlier in the development lifecycle, rather than at the end, which allows us to discover security issues earlier and fix them immediately.
We are building our game platform on the cloud with a security-by-design approach, defense-in-depth concept, and zero-trust security framework for all our services. We reduced risk related to technology, insider threats, and the supply chain. It also helps us establish a cyber-forward strategy that reinforces and enhances company objectives, including security and trust. As we embed DevSecOps in every stage of the development lifecycle, it enables the development of secure games and related applications at the speed of Agile. Within DevSecOps, security is a central part of the entire lifecycle of the software development process. While we are iterating faster, getting feedback faster, improving faster so that we can serve you better, we have implemented Security as Code or Policy as Code for our environment on the cloud and protect it with the best of class security solutions
